  2. Reserve the apartment with a CHF 50'000 deposit

    We sign the reservation contract and you transfer CHF 50'000 to the Notary account. After that our Notary starts to prepare all documents. This sum will be refunded minus the cost of the notary back if you change your mind. In case of purchase, that sum will be deducted from the total amount.

  3. Sign the contract remotely or in-person
    Our team could help you to sign the contract remotely, so you don't need to come in person twice, all for your comfort.
