The start of the construction is scheduled by the start of 2025 with the estimated commissioning in the second half of 2026.
The cost of being on the waiting list is CHF 10’000. The cost is fully refundable in case you change your mind. In case of signing a purchasing agreement the CHF 10’000.- will be counted towards the amount you need to pay. | |

| | The step-by-step plan for the purchase is as follows in brief: | | | |
| - Choose the apartment.
- Pay the cost of CHF 10’000 to be put on the waiting list. The apartment then will be pre-reserved for you until you sign the reservation agreement.
- Make the next payments according to the payment plan – the due dates will be circulated in the second half of 2025. The payment plan takes into account:

| - The reservation fee of CHF 50’000 is to be paid once the reservation agreement is signed (the dates will be confirmed at a later stage). This reservation amount will be counted towards the amount you need to pay;
- The first installment of 30% of the purchase price - to be paid at the signing of the purchase agreement;
- The second installment of 50% of the purchase price - is to be paid once the first-floor construction is completed;
- Final payment of 20% of the purchase price - to be paid once the construction is completed/ transfer of the ownership title.

| | If you change your mind for any reason due to circumstances beyond the control of IHSAG, the reservation fee is refundable except for the notary fee for document preparation before the receipt of the building permit.
