- Pay the cost of CHF 10’000 to be put on the waiting list. The apartment then will be pre-reserved for you until you sign the reservation agreement.
- Make the next payments according to the payment plan – the due dates will be circulated in the second half of 2025. The payment plan takes into account:
| | | - The reservation fee of CHF 50’000 is to be paid once the reservation agreement is signed (the dates will be confirmed at a later stage). This reservation amount will be counted towards the amount you need to pay;
- The first installment of 30% of the purchase price - to be paid at the signing of the purchase agreement;
- The second installment of 50% of the purchase price - is to be paid once the first-floor construction is completed;
- Final payment of 20% of the purchase price - to be paid once the construction is completed/ transfer of the ownership title.
